Meaningful experiences at Opus College do not have to end at graduation. Many graduates continue to make the most of their lasting relationship through mentoring a student or making an impact at their organization.

I enjoy mentoring and try to make myself as available as possible to current students. St. Thomas has provided me with a great network and opened so many doors for me, professionally.

I’ve benefited from great mentors throughout my career. I signed up to be a mentor at St. Thomas because I wanted to give back. I feel like I learn just as much from my mentees as they learn from me. I am a big believer in lifelong learning and development.

I enjoy helping women negotiate their salaries. I was touched when a previous intern reached out to tell me that she negotiated her first salary. She said before our meeting, she wouldn't have had the confidence to do so.
