Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching

Build Your Professional Coaching Skills

Elevate your coaching abilities—and your career—in the St. Thomas Executive Coaching Certificate program. This challenging, supportive 11-month program balances theory and practice across 15 credits of graduate-level coursework.

Designed for experienced professionals, this program offers concierge-style service and a blend of on-campus and online courses. You’ll join a cohort—a small group of fellow professionals from various industries. The cohort’s wealth of experience enriches class activities and discussions as different perspectives emerge.

Our curriculum was developed in partnership with industry experts, to ensure that the training you receive is highly applicable. Learn from seasoned coaching faculty members, who provide you with multiple coaching frameworks and approaches. Receive over 35 hours of individualized feedback from your Mentor Coach as you coach your own clients and complete 21 hours of fieldwork. This blend of classroom and real-world study is great preparation for the International Coach Federation (ICF) certification, should you choose to pursue this after completing our program.

This program is highly selective, with an application and interview process. Apply for our next cohort that begins in June 2019.

NOTE: The Executive Coaching certificate is a stand-alone program and its coursework cannot be applied as elective credits for St. Thomas MBA degree requirements.
