Building a Common Language Within Coaching

Executive Coaching In Organizations Conference

Empower Your Teams

The coaching style of motivating and empowering employees contrasts with traditional command and control leadership style. In today’s VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) environment, more and more organizations are implementing coaching to maximize individual potential. This annual conference brings together coaches who focus on serving organizations – either from within the organization or coming in as an external coach.

This conference brings thought leaders together with those who are looking to start or enhance the coaching culture in their organization, front line leaders who coach formally or informally and external coaches who work with leaders. Getting all of these perspectives in the same room helps to create a common language for coaching to shift the reach from a one-off initiative to a system-wide approach.

Past conference speakers have included:

  • Michael Bungay Stanier founder of Box of Crayons and author of The Coaching Habit
  • DeAnne Aussem, founder and managing director of the U.S. Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Save the date: January 24, 2020 for the 4th Annual Executive Coaching in Organizations Conference.
