David Harman, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Marketing at the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business.

His research focuses on customer lifetime value and customer retention as well as bringing existing statistical methods into professional marketing analytics practice.

He previously worked at AT&T Mobility, where he managed the targeting strategy for AT&T’s wireless retention direct marketing campaigns.

Dr. Harman has a BA in philosophy from St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, an MBA in marketing from the University of Washington, Seattle, and a PhD in marketing from the University of Iowa.
