Sheneeta W. White, PhD, teaches undergraduate courses in operations and service operations management. She also teaches in the Executive Education program and has led a group of undergraduate students in the London Business Semester study abroad program.

White truly enjoys teaching and guiding undergraduate students. Her goals as a professor are to encourage her students to think critically about the world around them, to help them to continually improve their own personal lives and to teach them how to become effective, principled business leaders.

White’s goal as a researcher is to identify and improve the operational challenges of service organizations. Her current research projects include sustainability and service operations, supplier diversification and health care service operations.

She has published her work in the European Journal of Operational Research, the International Journal of Production Economics, the International Journal of Information and Operations Management Education, the International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, the International Journal of Services and Operations Management and Business, Peace and Sustainable Development.
