The Family Business Center kicks off the 2023-24 Family Business Advisor Engagement Luncheon season with a co-keynote from a sibling set of co-presidents joining us from Los Angeles, California.

Join us as we explore the dynamics and complexities of sibling partnership within a family business. Jenny Dinnen and Katie Rucker are twin sisters and co-presidents of MacKenzie Corporation, a second-generation family business. Celebrating over 38 years in business, MacKenzie is a boutique customer insights firms focused on empower brands to better understand and connect with their customers.

In this session Jenny and Katie will share their story of overcoming their differences to effectively work together to change the culture, transition the senior leadership, and transform their company as co-presidents and owners from a tactical market research organization to a strategic consulting business.

As they share their story of transition and innovation, you will learn:
