Harnessing the Competitive Advantages of the Family Business

Family Business Breakfast Series

As a family business, you hold many advantages over publicly traded companies, including longer-term planning, the ability to adapt quickly, a smaller chain of command, and truly passionate family members and employees. But, how do we really tap into these advantages to maximize the power of being a family business? At this breakfast series event, we’ll hear from three family businesses who’ve identified ways to get the most out of being a family business. Attendees will learn how to tap into family members’ strengths, how to better work with clients and customers, and how to leverage being a family in business, to create maximum benefit for all.
