Rama Hart, PhD, served for several years as the director of the Master of Arts in Organization Development program in the College of Education, Leadership and Counseling, before joining the Department of Management in the Opus College of Business in 2018. Hart teaches Managing Organizational Behavior in the Full-time MBA program. Her research focuses on global/virtual team communication and relationships, leading and navigating organizational change, and issues of inclusion and equity in workplaces.
Hart is excited to participate in the university, community and organizational initiatives focusing on equity, diversity and intercultural competence. She is looking forward to continuing her love of teaching and mentoring students as they navigate their complex work and academic lives.
