Jennifer Kalla is a former tax partner with RSM US, LLP, the fifth largest public accounting firm, and was based in Minneapolis, MN. Ms. Kalla began her career with RSM in 1997 and was promoted to partner in 2013. With over 25 years of tax advisory experience, she can speak to many aspects of taxation including individual, pass through, and corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, accounting methods and state and local tax. During her tenure with RSM, she provided proactive business and personal tax planning and tax compliance services. Ms. Kalla served clients in the manufacturing, distribution, retail and financial service industries. She also worked with a broad base of private equity–owned portfolio companies and was the Central region private equity tax leader.
Ms. Kalla served on the board of Guild, a St. Paul based non-profit organization that provides community based mental health services, and also served for 3 years as treasurer at Servant of Christ Lutheran Church.
Ms. Kalla completed her undergraduate studies in Accounting at the University of St. Thomas and earned an MBT at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
