Complete your four assessments (Interests, Values, Personality, and Workplace Preferences) in 20 – 25 minutes. Schedule a meeting with a career coach to discuss your results and create an action plan!

St. Thomas partners with Mission Collaborative to offer a collaborative, 30-day online Career Design Program for alumni that will give you the structure and accountability to find a more fulfilling career while leveraging the skills and passions you already have.
