PathwayU is an assessment tool available to all St. Thomas students and alumni at no cost. Use this to explore different career pathways that make the most sense for your unique interests and values. Complete your four assessments (Interests, Values, Personality, and Workplace Preferences) in 20 – 25 minutes. Schedule a meeting with a career coach to discuss your results and create an action plan!

St. Thomas partners with Mission Collaborative to offer a collaborative, 30-day online Career Design Program for alumni that will give you the structure and accountability to find a more fulfilling career while leveraging the skills and passions you already have.
