Designed for working professionals, the St. Thomas Executive MBA aligns with the pace, pressure, and responsibility of executive life.

Length: 18 months, five academic terms

Hybrid format: Monthly in-person weekend residencies paired with flexible online coursework

Timeline: Program starts each October

Curriculum: 20 required courses | 42 credits

The Executive MBA curriculum is organized into five integrated themes, each building on the last:

  1. Lead with Ethical Judgment and Foresight (Oct-Dec)
  2. Master the Drivers of Executive Decision-Making (Jan-May)
  3. Manage the Core Levers of Enterprise Performance (June-July)
  4. Operate Confidently in Global and High-Risk Environments (Sept-Dec)
  5. Drive Innovation and Long-Term Direction (Jan-April 2027)

Global experience: Eight-to-ten-day international residency during the final term

The Executive MBA is designed for experienced leaders ready to expand their impact. Admission requires:

  • Completed application form
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
  • Essays

  • Virtual admissions interview
