About the Hall of Fame

The Shenehon Center for Real Estate at the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business established the Minnesota Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2010 to honor and preserve the legacy of influential leaders in the real estate industry.

The Hall of Fame aims to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions in real estate and demonstrated a passion for improving their community as a business leader.

Join us for a special morning dedicated to honoring and preserving the legacy of Minnesota’s most influential real estate leaders and drawing strength from an unforgettable story of perseverance.

Registration details, featured inductees, and sponsorship opportunities will be announced in late summer.


Accepting Nominations April 1st – June 1st

Nominations for the 2026 Hall of Fame will be open April 1st to June 1st. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the real estate industry in Minnesota through innovation, leadership, and service to the community.

We invite you to submit nominations for visionary leaders with high ethical standards who have shaped the landscape of our state and inspired future generations of real estate professionals. Nominees must be 65 years or older, retired, or deceased.

Deadline for nominations: June 1st, 2026
