Mario Rivera serves as a Board Member at the American Diabetes Association and is an executive advisor and mentor. Most recently as CVS Health's Chief Supply Chain & Logistics Officer, he architected the evolution of their supply chain network to become America's premier health and wellness destination, leading 12K+ colleagues and servicing 9K+ retail, specialty, and mail order pharmacies with >$200B in revenue.
With 25+ years in industry from MedTech to Life Sciences to Retail/Pharmacy, Rivera has driven global business transformation across the globe. His expertise spans P&L responsibility, M&A integration, and implementing operating systems and large-scale robotics/automation while driving highly engaged teams.
Rivera's career includes leadership roles at Target Corporation, Danaher, Becton Dickinson, and Integer Holdings. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico and a Master's in Engineering from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
Israel Alguindigue is a visionary digital executive and board member recognized for growth-focused leadership that leverages data, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation. With a strong foundation in engineering, operations, and commercial management, he combines expertise in industrial software, automation, and lean innovation to drive business model transformation.
Alguindigue has held senior leadership roles at GE, Uptake, and Fortive, where he built and scaled analytics practices that transformed how global companies harness data for growth. Today, he advises private equity and industrial enterprises on digital transformation and AI adoption, while also mentoring entrepreneurs and championing diverse leadership.
He holds a PhD in Engineering Science & Mechanics, an MS in Computer Science, and a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, as well as an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
