    Explore how AI agents can support larger business workflows instead of isolated tasks or prompts. You will break down a current process from your role and design a practical workflow that uses AI to improve efficiency, consistency, and follow-through.

    Understand the importance of review, accountability, and process design in AI-supported business workflows. You will refine your workflow, identify potential failure points, and strengthen the process for long-term use.

    Explore how to communicate the value of AI workflow improvements to leadership and stakeholders. You will create a practical proposal outlining your workflow, expected results, and next steps for implementation.

    Meet the Instructor

    Mark Price is an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas, teaching analytics, AI, and courses in the Master of Science in Management. Concurrently with Mark’s role as adjunct professor, Mark was also the Chief Data Officer of CaringBridge, responsible for identifying and developing data-driven insights that lead to actions to improve user experience across authors, commenter, visitors, and donors. Before CaringBridge, Mark led his analytics firm, LiftPoint Consulting, for 16 years before selling the company to ThreeBridge Consulting in 2018, where he consulted on analytics for for-profit companies such as Exxon Mobil, Bass Pro Shops, Advanced Auto, and non-profit companies such as the Minnesota Zoo and Minnesota Public Radio.

    Mark has an MBA from the Darden School of the University of Virginia and a BA from Haverford College. Mark is also a member of the Braintrust at RetailWire, an online thought leadership forum, a Board Member at the Friends of the St. Paul Public Libraries and Jewfolk LLC, and a religious school teacher for 20 years at Bet Shalom in Minnetonka.
