Creating Tomorrow's Leaders

Management Department

We prepare St. Thomas management students to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, global business climate in a variety of work environments.

Developing Real-Word Management and Organizational Skills

The Management Department at St. Thomas offers a broad range of courses designed to develop and enhance your technical, analytical, conceptual and relationship skills. With a curriculum that emphasizes practical application of organizational behavior, leading and managing, we develop and hone students' professional and executive skills.

All our faculty members have extensive business backgrounds, and some continue to consult. Students can trust that their instructors are up-to-date on the most current and forward-thinking theories and practices in management.

Whether enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, management students at St. Thomas will acquire the concepts and tools needed to establish an organization's long-term vision and goals, as well as oversee and improve its daily routines. People with these skills are universally valued, regardless of the industry they work in.
