Dean Laura Dunham

Dr. Laura Dunham was appointed the dean of Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in 2022. An entrepreneurial thought leader, she has spent the last 20 years of her career at St. Thomas and served most recently as the associate dean of Opus' Schulze School of Entrepreneurship. During her tenure, the Schulze School went from unranked to No. 18 on the Princeton Review's list of undergraduate entrepreneurship programs, as well as becoming the top Catholic undergraduate program in the nation and Minnesota's No. 1 undergraduate program. As dean, she continues building on Opus' foundation of excellence.

Danielle Ailts Campeau

Associate Dean of the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship

With 15 years of experience in industry and academia, Danielle Campeau is a scholar-practitioner committed to bringing industry experience to the classroom and providing experiential learning opportunities that advance the entrepreneurial mindset. Her research interests include application of the lean startup methodology, the firm creation process, entrepreneurship education and training, and rural entrepreneurship.

Tiffany Cork

Assistant Dean of Enrollment, Retention and Student Experience

Tiffany Cork joined the University of St. Thomas in 2012 and has held leadership roles in MBA Admissions, most recently serving as the senior director of graduate business recruiting and admissions at the Opus College. During her tenure, she has successfully implemented strategic initiatives such as launching a new CRM system and developing innovative lead nurturing programs.

Mark Narayan

Mark Narayan

Assistant Dean of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

With extensive experience in DEIB efforts across various sectors, Mark Narayan has played a crucial role in integrating DEIB initiatives into organizational frameworks. He is currently the executive director of Mark Narayan Consulting and previously served eight years at St. Thomas in the undergraduate admission office, where he received the Diversity Leadership Staff Award in 2009.

John Olson

Associate Dean of Academic Programs and Innovation

John Olson joined the Opus College of Business in 2005, bringing with him a growth mindset that has driven his career. Throughout his tenure, he has held various leadership roles and made significant contributions to program development within the college and across the university, including shaping and advancing programs such as business analytics and supply chain management.

Janine Sanders Jones

Associate Dean of Faculty Excellence

Janine Sanders Jones leads the course and curriculum planning and development, assessment and accreditation for the college. She is also responsible for the hiring, development and evaluation of faculty. She previously served as the associate dean of academics for Dougherty Family College (DFC) and an associate professor in operations and supply chain management at the Opus College.
