Dr. Laura Dunham was appointed the dean of Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in 2022. An entrepreneurial thought leader, she has spent the last 20 years of her career at St. Thomas and served most recently as the associate dean of Opus' Schulze School of Entrepreneurship. During her tenure, the Schulze School went from unranked to No. 19 ranking on the Princeton Review's list of undergraduate entrepreneurship programs, as well as becoming the top Catholic undergraduate program in the nation and Minnesota's No. 1 undergraduate program. As dean, she continues building on Opus' foundation of excellence.

With 15 years of experience in industry and academia, Danielle Campeau is a scholar-practitioner focused on bringing industry experience to the classroom and advancing the entrepreneurial mindset through experiential learning. Her research includes lean startup methodology, firm creation process, entrepreneurship education and training, and rural entrepreneurship.
Jessica Cooley oversees student services, advising, co-curricular programming, scholarships, and daily operations for undergraduate business programs. With nearly two decades at Opus College, she brings leadership experience across undergraduate, graduate, and executive education, most recently serving as Executive Director of the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship.
Tiffany Cork joined the University of St. Thomas in 2012 and has held leadership roles in graduate admissions, most recently serving as assistant dean of enrollment, retention, and student experience for graduate and undergraduate programs. She has led strategic initiatives supporting continuous improvement across the college.
Since joining the Opus College of Business in 2005, John Olson has held multiple leadership roles and contributed to academic program development across the college and university, including advancing programs in business analytics and supply chain management.
Janine Sanders Jones leads course and curriculum planning, assessment, and accreditation for the college and oversees faculty hiring, development, and evaluation. She previously served as associate dean of academics for Dougherty Family College (DFC) and as an associate professor in operations and supply chain management.
