Julie Gerend is a retired executive of Wells Fargo Asset Management, an investment firm based in San Francisco, California. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Gerend was Senior Vice President of the Twin Cities based regional investment firm Securian Asset Management.
Ms. Gerend has also served as Senior Vice President of Peregrine Capital Management and Director at Blue Rock Advisors. With over thirty years of investment and financial work with corporations, endowments, foundations and as a trusted advisor, she can speak to many aspects of finance, banking and investments. Ms. Gerend has extensive board and community service and is currently a Board Member and Chair of the Catholic Community Foundation Investment Committee.
Ms. Gerend completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. She earned an MBA at the University of St. Thomas and is a proud Tommie!
