Andrew Babula is the Director of the Real Estate Program and the Shenehon Center for Real Estate at the University of St Thomas. As Director of the Real Estate Program, Mr. Babula teaches undergraduate and graduate real estate courses at the Opus College of Business, leads curriculum development, and advises students on their academic and professional careers. He is also responsible for strengthening the University’s connectivity to the broader real estate community through the Real Estate Hall of Fame, Stofer Stensby competition, and real estate mentorship program. Mr. Babula is a commercial real estate professional with many years of experience in development, leasing, sales, operations, planning, analysis, and advisory. He has held leadership positions in real estate at Target, UnitedHealth Group, JLL, and CommonBond Communities. Mr. Babula has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from Yale School of Management. He is a licensed real estate broker in Minnesota and Iowa.
