Any Gift, Any Way: Donation Options

The University of St. Thomas offers many options to provide financial support. Select the format and amount that works best for your circumstance and giving capabilities.

Ways to give include:

  • One-time gifts – give via credit card online or over the phone, or send a check by mail
  • Pledges – pledge to donate a certain amount over a period of time (up to five years)
  • Matching gifts – many companies will match donations from employees or retirees
  • Memorial funds – arrange to have gifts made in memory of a deceased loved one
  • Gifts of securities – consider a gift of stock
  • Planned giving – remember St. Thomas in your will or trust
  • Real estate gifts – consider giving real estate or another tangible property
  • Corporate and foundation giving – from small family businesses to Fortune 500 companies, corporate gifts are always welcome
  • Donor advised funds – many organizations have set up charitable investment funds to benefit St. Thomas

Tommie Give Day

Each year, Tommie alumni, parents and friends from around the country rally together to support St. Thomas students on “Tommie Give Day.” It’s a 24-hour event to raise money and earn matching challenge grants.
