About the Speaker

Kevin Quiring is a Managing Director, leading Accenture’s Customer Sales and Service Global Strategy practice. Kevin’s focus is assisting clients with customer growth strategy and the marketing, sales and customer service operating model implications of that strategy. In this role, Mr. Quiring leads the definition of strategic growth imperatives, customer operating models, customer experience design, transformation and value realization. Kevin is co-author of the report Life Reimagined.
