Application Checklist
Your first step is to start the application online. In the application, you will answer some questions and upload the documents described below. Once you've completed all components you will submit the application, and can log back into the portal at any time to check the status of your application materials.
In the online application, you will upload your resume that outlines your education and work experience.
Answers to three essay questions:
- Why have you decided to pursue a MS in Management? Describe why you have specifically chosen to apply to this program at St. Thomas, and how the program will complement your undergraduate studies and support your short and long-term goals. (500 words)
- Provide examples of two teamwork scenarios you have experienced either in the classroom or professionally - one great experience and one challenging experience. Explain the team assignment/goal, your specific role and contributions, and what you learned about leadership and teamwork and working towards a common goal from navigating through each situation. (500 words)
- The MS in Management is a cohort-based learning program whereby students complete their curriculum as a group. What are some of your unique strengths or qualities that you would bring to the cohort, and how do you see those strengths benefiting the group as a whole?
If you don’t have these materials ready yet, that’s okay. You can start your application now, hit “save,” and then log in later to complete it and upload your essay responses (Word or PDF accepted).
To apply to this program, you must have a bachelor's degree in any subject from a regionally accredited U.S. institution (or the international equivalent) or demonstrate satisfactory progress toward graduation on or before May of the calendar year of program start. We need original transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended, sent directly from the school. If you are currently finishing your bachelor’s degree, we will need an official transcript directly from the school for admission, then a final transcript that reflects your degree awarded once you complete your bachelor’s degree.

Once you submit your completed online application, it will go to the admissions committee for review. If you meet the program requirements and demonstrate strong credentials, the admissions team will contact you to schedule an interview.
