Mark Stotts received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. In addition, he is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Minnesota (inactive) and a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. His professional work experience includes positions in public accounting and controller of the largest division of Seaboard Corporation. Stotts is currently the executive director of finance and operations for the Rosemount/Apple Valley/Eagan School District.
