About Shaun

Shaun Braun is the Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation at 3M. In this role, Shaun is responsible for developing and leading the enterprise digital strategy including technical and commercial leadership across the business teams and enterprise operations.

Shaun was previously at Stryker Corporation for 12 years holding multiple leadership positions including Group CIO and the Vice President of Digital Technology and Innovation. Prior to his time at Stryker, Shaun held leadership positions at Oracle, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

Shaun has a bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology from University of California Berkeley and a MBA from University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Shaun is a senior technology executive with leadership experience in medical science, software development, and global supply chains. He was a founding member of AdvaMed’s Digital Health Executive Leadership Group, has been published in medical journals and was recognized by Fortune magazine as a top 10 Service Leader.

About Lee

Lee is passionate about developing and nurturing high performing people that bring their whole selves to every day. He has 25 years of Information Technology experience spanning banking, retail, manufacturing, and family office industries in the United States. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Capella University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business. Lee enjoys collaborating with talented colleagues from around the globe, tackling a wide array of challenges to advance the business.

He is currently a Senior Technology Manager at 3M, where he serves the maker of Post-it® Notes and Filtrete™ furnace filters, deploying technical solutions and enabling digital and connected products for 3M customers and consumers. When he’s not immersed in all things 3M, Lee enjoys sharing his administrative talents with his church and taking road trips near and far from home with his wife and 3 kids in their travel trailer.
