Accenture, a leader in the VR/XR space will highlight their work in mixed reality experiences to create value, inclusivity and belonging for their employees. Their breakthrough creation, the Nth Floor, uses mixed reality to bring a geographically distributed workforce together. Accenture will provide insight to practical uses of this medium - whether running an event to recruit students or onboard employees, showcasing new tech or hosting training or roadshows - the virtual environment is a new, innovative, and practical medium that is here to stay.

Allison Horn

Allison leads Accenture’s global Talent Strategy & Development consulting practice, partnering with clients to craft talent strategies and talent practices that serve both current and future organizational needs. In her prior role, Allison served as Accenture’s Global Head of Talent and Chief Learning Officer. She led teams around the world that drove recruiting and onboarding of 150,00+ new joiners per year and provided learning and development experiences for Accenture's 700,000+ people. As the daughter of two public school teachers, Allison holds strong beliefs on the importance of equitable access to education and is herself a lifelong learner. She embraces the power of change to create long-lasting value for employees, individuals and communities.

Lori is a proud Tommie who earned her MBA from St Thomas before joining Accenture where she is currently Senior Managing Director and the North American Retail Industry Lead. She is responsible for the Retail Operating Group business across North America and is the Diamond Client Account Lead and a Global Executive Sponsor. Lori has over 25 years of experience as VP/SVP of Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Shared Service and is skilled in Change Management. Lori balances her professional career with being a mother of three daughters, a wife to husband Mike, and personal interests of running, tennis, golf, shopping and traveling.

Kathy Arnold

Kathy is the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for the University of St. Thomas. She has spent her career in the field of Human Resources, building talent strategies, developing people and transforming HR functions. Prior to joining St. Thomas, Kathy led Talent Management and Learning and Development at a global logistics company as well as a client management director for a multinational risk management and advisory company. She is on the boards of Coffee House Press, Human Resources Executive Council and MnCUPA-HR. Kathy has her Master's in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a degree in English Literature from the University of Central Florida.
