When you're a high performer at corporate giants like Amazon, a great deal is expected of you. Khaled Samaha '15 MBA certainly does not disappoint. With never-failing perseverance, he's taken advantage of every opportunity to learn and grow.

Khaled has built a career in corporate America, a competitive arena he lives and thrives in. He's spent over a decade driving sales growth at Target, Best Buy, and Post Consumer Brands. At Amazon Corporate, Khaled continues to make an impact. As Senior Vendor Manager, he works with some of the top national consumer electronics vendors to drive strategic growth for the business.

A champion of diversity at every organization he's worked at, Khaled strongly advocates for inclusive company cultures. A Certified D&I Trainer since 2016, he's led training programs for hundreds of employees nationally. At Best Buy, Khaled created a D&I Network for Muslims and led initiatives at Target, Post Consumer Brands, and most recently, Amazon. His bilingual fluency in English and Arabic allows him to communicate with and train a diverse group of individuals.

While pleased with his growth and trajectory at Fortune 500 companies, Khaled is also an entrepreneur. In 2020, he started his own company, Authenticity through Culture, Diversity & Inclusion (ACDI). His focus is on facilitating training and helping companies create strategies to foster a more diverse and inclusive environment.

Khaled’s experience at Opus College opened up a network of connections to Fortune 500 companies in the Twin Cities. His MBA equipped him with skills to deepen his business knowledge and strengthen his leadership abilities for career growth.

For the past 15 years, Khaled has focused on authentically presenting himself and encouraging others to do the same. A champion for creating an inclusive society, he's using his talents to help companies recognize the value of a diverse workplace.
