Having the flexibility to choose your preferred learning format as you go will help you earn your MBA in the way that works best for you.
Designed to meet the needs of working professionals, our customizable curriculum reflects current and emerging topics to equip you with skills to apply in the real world. You can take core and elective courses in any sequence.
In 11 required core courses (half of your curriculum), you’ll study leadership, ethics, operations, finance, marketing, and other foundational business elements. These courses will give you a solid base for any direction your career takes you.
The other half of your curriculum is made up of elective courses – the classes you choose based on your interests and career goals. Electives such as Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship, Omnichannel Execution, Data Analytics & Visualization, and Project Management allow you to explore a variety of disciplines while broadening your understanding of the field of business.
Create a truly customized MBA by aligning your electives with a graduate certificate. You can earn your graduate certificate while pursuing your MBA, which allows you to not only to develop specialized expertise but also an additional credential.
Most classes have 20-30 students, allowing you to have direct interaction with faculty and a more personalized learning experience. The Part-time Flex MBA is a supportive community that will help you grow academically and personally. Connecting before and after class is the norm, both for in-person and online courses.
You’ll learn in a variety of ways. From class discussions, case studies and hands-on group projects, you’ll work with your classmates from different backgrounds and industries to share insights and new perspectives. You’ll benefit from each other’s expertise and build a strong support network during your program and beyond.
From group projects, case studies, pitching an idea at a business plan competition or managing an investment fund of over $6 million, you’ll learn to apply theory to real-world scenarios. You'll graduate with the ability to confidently manage a team and solve business problems for your organization.
Our Part-time Flex MBA students come from a wide variety of professions and the majority did not major in business for their undergraduate degree. We value diverse opinions and experiences in our MBA program.
We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of work experience. Prior experience allows you to connect the business concepts discussed in class with real-life scenarios you have been involved with professionally. You’ll also benefit from practical experiences of your classmates and participate in classroom discussions and case studies.
